Lousiana Style Poultry Injection Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup liquid crab boil
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan, heating until butter is completely melted.  
2. Stir occasionally, simmering until sauce is completely liquified. 
3. Inject your poultry of choice.

Tips:

Baste with left over injection (if any)
