Bánh chuoi nuong


5 bananas, sliced long ways
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, melted
7 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup grated coconut


1.  Preheat oven to 400 F
2.  In a bowl, combine bananas with sugar and set aside.
3.  In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, condensed milk, butter, and mix. 
4.  Add in flour and mix well.
5.  Fold in bananas and coconut to the mixture.
6.  Pour mixture into a greased and floured pan.
7.  Bake for 1 hour until golden brown, or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
8.  Allow to cool before removing from pan. 


Serve warm or cold.
